Nippers is starting… and we need you!
We’re looking for Age Group Managers to join our Nippers team for the 2026/27 season.
If you’ve got experience working with children, love the beach, or simply feel like giving back to our community, we’d love to hear from you.
As an Age Group Manager, you’ll work alongside an amazing group of passionate NSLSC volunteers while helping young people build confidence, learn lifesaving skills, and develop a lifelong connection to the beach.
What you’ll be doing:
- Season starts 31 October 2026
- Sessions run 2pm–4pm every Saturday
- Season runs through to March (usually the weekend before Easter – TBC).
We’ll provide everything you need to get started:
– all resources and equipment
– protective equipment and uniform
– support from an experienced and committed team.
Please note, a Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required.
By joining the team, you’ll help:
– make a real difference in the lives of young people
– increase awareness and safety on our beaches
– support an integral volunteer emergency service in our community.
