Minimum age: 16 years
Participants must be ratepayers from the District Council of Yankalilla or volunteering in our district.
Priority given to local volunteers, especially those in clubs that serve alcohol.
After booking, participants must complete an online enrolment form from the Adelaide Institute of Hospitality (sent via email).
